Just use oscommerce (or zencart) - they have free SEO plugins that will do everything you need. Best of all it's all free.

I would suggest volusion - it's not cheap but they have a lot of features built in that make optimizing your products pretty easy (meta descriptions, cross linking products, static url's, etc.).
